How it works
Deliveries are scheduled based on the courier’s route for the day.
You will get a call from the courier with the estimated delivery time.
You sign for the parcel when you receive it. For parcels delivered via Deutsche Post DHL or GLS, missing contact information can be added upon arrival in Lithuania by submitting a request online.
If delivery is unsuccessful
If the courier is unable to get hold of you, your parcel will be returned to the sorting center and stored for 10–14 days. In this case, check your messages or email for details – you can update your contact details and ask for a redelivery online.
