What is a Parcel shop?
These are our partner shops: Aibe, Eurokos and Topo Centras. You can pick up your parcel directly from our partners’ shop at your convenience during their working hours.
When is my parcel delivered?
Your parcels are delivered the next business day after their arrival to Lithuania SmartPosti terminal. Couriers deliver parcels to the specified address and delivery points on weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. Delivery time depends on the courier’s specified parcel route on that day. What delivery mode is used for my parcel?
The system automatically selects the delivery mode upon arrival of the parcel to Lithuania:
Delivery to your specified address
Smartpost pickup terminals
Parcel shop points (shops of EUROKOS, Narvesen)
When can I change the parcel delivery mode?
The delivery method of a parcel may only be changed if your delivery service allows you to change it.
The delivery mode of a parcel may be changed if:
You want to change your shipping address
The parcel is directed to a delivery point that is farther than 8 km from the address indicated on the parcel
You do not have the option to receive the parcel at a specific address and would like to be picked up at the delivery point
GLS parcels are delivered to the specified address only, and GLS parcels can also be picked up at the terminal. Contact us to change your parcel delivery mode by : +37070055009.
Where is my parcel?
When the parcel arrives in Lithuania, it is redirected to delivery. If the first delivery fails, your parcel is returned from delivery and is stored for 10-14 business days at our terminal. We will inform you about the received shipment using your provided contact information (SMS, e-mail, physical letter).
If your parcel arrives via „Deutsche Post”, chances are your contact information is missing. For delivery please contact: +37070055009.
If your parcel is at the terminal, check SMS and/or information received by email (and also SPAM directory).
How to return a parcel?
DHL parcel returns Returns of parcels after delivery can only be made on the basis of the ordered parcel service. 1. If You have received a shipment with address label Weltpaket or Paket International from DHL, then please turn to the local post office for return. 2. If You have received a shipment with address label DHL Parcel Connect You can return parcel if Shipper included to Your parcel „Return“ label. If not, then You as a customer should agree on the return with the sender and then a new shipment label is sent by the sender. For more detailed information call +37070055009.
Packaging and labelling Please package your return parcel as safe as possible with firm packing material. The outer packaging has to be stable. The heavier or larger the consignment is, the stronger the sealing material has to be. Please stick the address label on the parcel, so that it is legible. Please don´t put the address label on the edge of the parcel. Please stick return label over the original label, so that barcodes of the original label are not visible anymore.
